Well Brock, it's your last night as a Zepher and the end of an era here in the Johnson household. In the fall you will start with a new team, the Diamondbacks. You are so excited for this competitive experience. I am so proud of how passionate you have become about this sport of baseball. A mom's opinion of course, and I won't admit this out loud until you have kids of your own, but I love it that you don't realize how great of a little player you are. I love it that your Dad and you share this common bond for something near and dear to both your hearts. I laughed yesterday, because at 10am on a summer morning with just you boys, Kate and I here, ESPN was on in the kitchen and you and Bryce were glued to it. I had to smile...sponge bob lost out to Sports Center. This has been such a fantastic experience to watch you develop as a Zepher with your Dad, Grandpa's and Uncle Andy watching from the sidelines eating up the experience. I hope someday you will look back and treasure this time you had three generations there to build you up...that, my son, is a true treasure...trust me.

And Bryce....ohhhh Bryce. Everyday you make me laugh with your 4-year-old wisdom. This week you are participating in vacation bible school and you LOVE IT! Today you told us that "God made the world in 6 day and then need a rest because he was tired. And he made golf clubs too." Ummmmm... ok. Then tonight "Jonah got ate by the whale then he burped him up". Or yesterday..."Mom I want pumpkin yogurt!". What? Oh....you mean peach :).
And boy, you've got some rhythm! Yesterday you put on a little dance concert for me and WOW! You have such a natural gift for movement!! It makes me laugh out loud.
Kate....you made my day waking up to you grinning from ear to ear and cooing. A total payoff for the past eight week of hard work. You get so much bigger everyday and are bringing so much joy to our house...you are just what we needed!
Sweet Dreams and goodnight my babies!
